v0.37.1: Upgrade Older Knowledge Bases & Fix Owner Access 🔧

TLDR: Chatbots set up before the recent knowledge base upgrade can now get the new comparison answers with a one click Retrain, organization owners are no longer wrongly locked out of their own org, and we strengthened how your data stays private to your organization.

📚 Give Older Knowledge Bases the New Comparison Answers

The problem: Chatbots whose knowledge base was set up before the recent "grounded answers" update couldn't handle "cheapest", "under RM 50", or "how many" style questions, and clicking Retrain didn't fix it.

  • Affected chatbots now show a banner prompting a one click
  • Your existing answers keep working the whole time, so there's no gap while you retrain.

🔓 Organization Owners No Longer Locked Out

The problem: In some cases, an organization owner could be wrongly hit with an access error across their own organization (Device Manager, chatbots, contacts).

  • Owners now always have access to their own organization. 💪
  • We've also repaired the accounts that were already stuck in that state.

🛠 Bug Fixes

  • Stronger data privacy between organizations.
